Remarkable books I have read over the past 3 months

Since I've started reading/eating books again (I talked about this on my last post), I believe sharing this experience with you is a must, cause these books I'm gonna list now are really amazing!rnrn(Don't worry, I'm not gonna write a review, that would be too long)rnLet's start from the beginning.rnLast October, my mom came all the way from Brazil to Budapest, to stay a month with me, and my brilliant friend Stephanie ❤ sent me a book through my mom. A book that would change my life and make me a reader again (you will see why, just keep reading!)rnrnLast time I got engaged with a book was in 2014, with the Millennium Trilogy (oh yes, I love investigative/crime/dramatic novels).rnrnOnce you get addicted to a smartphone/computer screen, it's easy to find an excuse to not read a book. Everything is online and there is so much to see.rnThe most efficient way to make someone read something is by stop saying 'read it' but bringing the book on hands. Thank you so much, Ste ❤rnShe gave me the first part of the Neapolitan Novels of Elena Ferrante - My Brilliant FriendrnThe Novel is divided into 4 parts of the real-life journey of Lenu and Lila - 2 brilliant friends.rnrn[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="630"] Elena's novels also became a TV production in HBO[/caption]rnrnThe story is located mainly in Naples, where Lenu shares with us the whole story of her life in details, including Lila, friends, family, lovers, challenges, feelings, changes in the city she was grown, politics, ups and downs.rnrnOnce I finished the first part, I got crazy to get the second one. Lucky me to have a lover who knows me and told St Klaus do bring me a Kindle with the second part of Elena Ferrante novel inside it ❤ (Dziękuję kochanie)rnrn[caption id="" align="alignright" width="320"] L'amica Geniale - Original Title in Italian[/caption]rnrnSummarizing. This is a book where EVERYONE can see EACH OTHER on the characters. I saw myself in Lenu and Lila so many times. And everyone I talked with about this book said the same.rnrnYou feel the emotions of each character cause they are somehow also you. Your fears, your mistakes, your feelings. Sometimes it becomes difficult to handle the emotions.rnrnI remember I had a breakdown in the middle of the 3rnrnrd book. It's just too realistic, and that's what makes it a fantastic book.rnrnThe book also inspired me to go to Naples and explore the streets described by Lenu ❤rnNote: that's a tetralogy to read before you die.rn

rnMy grade: 5/5rnrnrnrnNEXT: Good me, Bad me - by Ali Land ( International Best-seller in the New York Times)rnI got this recommendation from a YouTuber I follow, and once I was devastated with the end of Elena's tetralogy, I needed to read something on the same level.rnrnWithout any expectations, I read this book in less than 1 week, cause I got sooo much engaged, it's incredible!rnrnIt's heavy, oh yes.rnrnIt's a psychological suspense story told through the eyes of 15 years old Milly, daughter of a serial killer.rnrnThe book is disturbing in a way you can't stop reading.rnrnMy grade: 5/5rnrnrnrn3th - Last Breath - Novel by Karin SlaughterrnAnother investigative-crime-heavy-dark type of book I loved.rnrnA family of lawyers with a heavy story to tell.rnrn"Protecting someone always comes at a cost".rnrnMy grade: 5/5rnrnrnrnThat's all by now! rnHope I inspired you to read one of these books ❤
