The Bródy Sándor Street (or utca, in Hungarian)

If you are like me and enjoy exploring the unknown, that's definitely a Budapest-b-side-to-go-little-guide.rnOne of the oldest streets in town, the Bródy Sandor utca (street) is full of history and lately, it became a multi-cultural and artistical point for many art galleries, studios, cafes, majestic buildings and so on.rnrnEven though it's located in the centre of Budapest and a few meters away from my house, I got to explore it properly only some weeks ago, cause there was a festival going on on the area and my friend called me to have a look (even though that was one of those days when you plan to stay immersed in your thesis - didn't really work).rnrnIn this unique day, many artists opened the doors of their spaces and people could visit unique places and see art pieces, listen to and pet Disco (Disco, the dog), food, coffee, etcrnrnrnBrody Studiosrn

That was by far the most wanted place to go.

rnrnTry to imagine a massive building hiding its inside memoriesrn

Providing us mysterious insights of what is there, what’s inside. The Brody house always transported me into a movie, just by passing by its facade.

On the Brody Street festival, the building was open for a few hours and, of course, there was even a line to get in. Everybody was so excited to finally get inside for the first time.

rn

I finally got the idea of the place.

rn

It’s definitely a movie house (the super stylish ones). You can rent the place to develop projects, meetings, videos, movies, photo shoots, whatever artistic would fit in the atmosphere of the place. You can even book rooms and sleep over there if you want. Dinners and drinks are also happening inside the house.

rnrn

You just would never imagine all these things when you watch the building from outside.

rnrnrnThat was a nice day! Dasha and I were sharing her camera and we made these pictures together ❤rnrnIf you are around Budapest, don't forget to add this peculiar street on your plan (there is a lovely cafe called Apricot where you will find great coffee).rnrnBudapest, Bródy Sándor utca, 1088 Hungary.
