The magic summer time in Kastrup Søbad, Copenhagen
nnKastrup Søbad is the name of this super cool and magic wooden structure built by an amazing architect on the ocean, so people can enjoy the Nordic summer in a Nordic way, with views to Sweden on the other side of the sea!nnnnnn
nnnnnTo be honest, I saw a picture of this treasure in the winter time, when there were no people at all, so it was a big surprise for me to get there during the summer (a few days ago) and face a lot of people using the whole structure as a proper amusement park!nnnnn
nnnnnThey call it as a sea bath and there are many public spots like this over the city, so you can have a bath at any time (when the water is not that cold, of course).nnnnn

nnnnnFor me, that's quite a novelty, as I'm so used to enjoy beaches in a completely different way in Brazil.nnnnn
nnnnnnThere we have pretty much sand and waves, a lot of them. nnnnnn
nnnnnHere the summer is short, the sea is freezing and you have only a few days to enjoy the warmish vibes, so they really have to do that in a proper way, otherwise, the winter approaches you for another long season and you didn't feel the summer at all.nnnnn
nnnnnSummarizing, that's something I admire about cold European cities - they offer you the greatest way of enjoying the short summer, as if it was the last one of your lives!nnnnn

nnnnnnI was expecting to go there and see a masterpiece of architecture, nnnnnn
nnnnntake a few shots and go back, but actually, there are so many other things you can do over there.nnnnn

- You can lay down over the decks, enjoy the sun and fix your vitamin D issues;

- If that's the case, you can leave your kids having fun all day long (I saw so many of them);

- There are even changing rooms, lockers, and bathrooms for those planning to do a proper day trip to the place;

- Bring your own food and drinks as the place is kinda isolated from everything :)

- Take a plunge from the 3m and 5m trampolines! This part of the sea is quite deep so you don't have to be worried about that, just jump!

nnnnnWe got there by bike - easily accessed from the city center ( as everything in Copenhagen can be done by bike if you have strong legs!)nnnnn
